2012 KNZ Nationals July

This year the Karate New Zealand Natioanals and National secondary school championships were held in Porirua, Wellington.

FRK had quite a large team competing this year although it was a bit depleted with both Carl Monk and Richard Rahardja out with injury and 7 FRK seniors headed to compete in Slovakia at the world university karate champs.

Results have been mixed with some good performances, suprise upsets and more practice needed.
