Hello Everyone . . .

Term Three is about to start and it's already off to a great start

The next club tournament will be held at Archers Rd on the 27th July. Kumite, 2pm start.

Tournament Official training from 1pm 

The school holidays have been busy with the Nationals in Wellington, National Camp, Gradings, Holiday programs and the naming of the New Zeland teams for Oceania and the Senior WKF world Championships

Fushin Ryu students had some great results at the National tournament topping the table with 20 individual gold medals. Keep training hard on the basics! we look forward to seeing more of you giving it a go.

FRK students were named in the National team for Oceania check the news for more info.

The WKF world karate championships will be held in Tokyo Japan this year. We are planning a FRK NZ Japan trip to coincide with the championships. Start saving! it'll be an awesome event with some excellent training as well. Four FRK students were named in the National team for this event.
